Tara graduated from Trinity College of Music with a First Class degree in 2002 and is now enjoying a busy and varied career.  Her extensive oratorio credits include Bach's St John Passion and St Matthew Passion, Haydn's Nelson Mass and Creation, Mendelssohn's Elijah, Orff's Carmina Burana, Mozart's Requiem and C Minor Mass, Brahms' Ein deutches Requiem and Handel's Messiah which she recently performed with the London Handel Orchestra in St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.  Tara also performs and records regularly with a number of professional choirs such as the BBC Singers, Tenebrae, Chapelle du Roi and the London Voices.  Tara has performed extensively in Gilbert and Sullivan operas, including having played a Bridesmaid in the 125th anniversary performance of Trial by Jury at the Savoy Hotel and Josephine in a gala performance of HMS Pinafore attended by the Earl and Countess of Wessex.  Her other operatic roles include Pamina and Queen of the Night (Magic Flute), Cherubino and Barbarina (Marriage of Figaro), Despina (Cosi fan Tutte), Marzelline (Fidelio), Gretel (Hansel and Gretel), Musetta (La Boheme), Adina (The Elixir of Love), Micaela (Carmen) and Countess Adele (Count Ory).  She also recently performed the title role in Charpentier's Médée with the Artavian Baroque Ensemble. Throughout the autumn she will be singing the role of Pamina for English Touring Opera.
